Common Questions

I have been blacklisted by the system and cannot send my payment details. Why?
Occasionally, this happens when you submit too many entries within a certain period of time, and our system mistakes you for spamming. To fix this, kindly send us an email at or by texting us at +63 906 711 6499 and indicate your email, so we can remove you from the system blacklist as soon as possible.
What happens after I send my payment slip?
Once we have received your proof of payment, we will verify your payment and ship your orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Until then, please keep your payment receipt in case we need to contact you for clarifications or further information. Once your payment has been verified and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Will my items be really delivered? Is this a scam?

When will I get my orders?
FOR SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES: For orders within Metro Manila and Cebu, delivery time is within 1-2 business days upon shipment. For orders outside Metro Manila and Cebu, we deliver within 2-4 business days with the exception of some remote areas. FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES: The time in transit will vary significantly from the above. Please be aware that typically, it takes 2 to 3 business days to process an international order including the preparation of customs forms, and within 1-16 weeks for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped (depending on your selected shipping carrier). How can I track my order?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll notify you through email or SMS that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can use this information to trace your shipment and get the latest status of your package.
