As a reminder, if you are ordering an item that is to be shipped via DHL, kindly wait until our agents have manually updated your shipping fee before paying for your items.

To complete your order, kindly deposit your payment directly into our bank accounts. Once your funds have cleared in our account, your orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours (allow additional 1-2 business days for processing shipments outside the Philippines). For check payments, only Philippine currency (PHP) can be accepted. Check payments in other currencies will be automatically rejected.

Common Questions

I have been blacklisted by the system and cannot send my payment details. Why?
Our system may mistake you for spamming when you submit too many entries within a certain period of time. To fix this, kindly send us an email at hi@kevloproducts.com or by texting us at +63 906 711 6499 and indicate your email, so we can remove you from the system blacklist as soon as possible.
What happens after I send my payment slip?
We will validate your payment and will ship your orders within 1-2 business days. Until then, please keep your payment receipt in case we need to contact you for clarifications or further information. Once your payment has been verified and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Will my items be really delivered? Is this a scam?

When will I get my orders?

For Philippine addresses: Expect your items to arrive within 1-4 days, with additional delays during holidays, bad weather, or emergency situations.

For shipments outside the Philippines: The time in transit will vary significantly from the above from as early as 5-7 days (for DHL), up to 16 weeks (for Surface Mail). Estimated delivery dates are presented upon checkout.
